There might be billions of germs and bateria in your bathroom or kitchen. If you have weak or thin nails, soak them once a week in olive oil for ten minutes. Also, eat two portions of protein a day. Wear latex gloves when washing the dishes, as soaking you hands in water weakens your nails.
