They can manage any stressful situations very easily.
Pranayama: What is Prananyama? It is nothing but a "breathing exercise". It is also a part of yoga. The simple breathing exercises can do wonders to manage stress. This is a very effective method to manage stress. Pranayama is also good for your heart, lungs and your whole system.
Meditation: If you practice meditation regularly it will improve your mental and physical health. You will get a calm mind. You won't lose your temper easily and you can easily manage stress.
Laughter: You know very well that laughter is the best medicine that costs nothing. In modern medicine they give a lot of importance to laughter therapy. You can watch comedy programs in television often and relax your self naturally.
Soothing music: Music calms mind. Music can heal certain diseases. Music can definitely help you to manage stress..
Sex: having sex with your spouse frequently can help you to manage stress effectively. It is a natural way of managing stress. It gives a lot of satisfaction and peace of mind.
